EXCHANGE POLICY
If your shoes don't fit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a one-time size exchange up to one size. One size exchange per household. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
PRODUCTION
Each order takes about 10-14 days to be hand-crafted.
Once your item is made, it will be packaged and shipped from our partner facility in China.
SHIPPING
Shipping takes about 1-2 weeks.
